1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Onira. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

• When you log dreams, submit text, or otherwise provide content to the App ("User Content"), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
• By submitting User Content, you grant Onira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the App.
• You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. App Usage and Restrictions

• You may use Onira solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and only in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with another user's experience.
• You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of Onira, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding User Content), such as text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Onira or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
